Acknowledgement for the late Colm Nixon (Ballyhegan)

Nixon, Colm R.I.P.

The Nixon family would like to sincerely thank everyone who sympathised with us on our recent sad bereavement of a dearly loved husband, father, grandad, brother, uncle and friend.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to our extended family, friends and neighbours. To those who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, flowers, attended Colm’s wake and funeral . To those who sent food and helped out in any way we are eternally grateful.

We extend our appreciation to Ballyhegan Davitts GFC for forming a guard of honour at Colm’s funeral Mass.

Special thanks to Fr Murphy for his spiritual guidance and Mass celebrating Colm’s life. To Catherine and Dermot for their beautiful music and singing.

To the doctors and nurses at the Mandeville Unit and ward 4 North Craigavon for the care given to Colm during his illness. To Dr Morgan, Dr O’Connor and team and the staff at Hamill’s pharmacy. The district nursing and MacMillan team.

To Dermot, Mairead and Hugh at Quinn Bros. Funeral Services for their guidance, compassion and professionalism during Colm’s wake and funeral.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere gratitude for all the love and support during this difficult time .

Colm’s months mind Mass will be celebrated on Thursday August 1, at 7.30 pm in St. Patrick’s Church, Stonebridge.

May Colm’s gentle soul Rest in Peace.
