Acknowledgement for the late Patricia Lavery (Lurgan)

Lavery, Patricia.

The family of the late Patricia Lavery wish to express their sincere gratitude for the kindness extended to us following the recent bereavement of our beloved wife, mother, granny and great granny.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to our family, friends, neighbours, work colleagues and all those who attended the wake and funeral.

We, as a family, are very grateful to all those who cared for Patricia, took the time to call to our family home, brought Mass cards, posted messages of sympathy, sent food and offered support in many ways. Your kindness will never be forgotten.

A special word of thanks to Father Joseph, those that read and carried gifts, the singers and those that attended the funeral for making Patricia’s Requiem Mass so special.

Thanks also to McAlinden & Murtagh Funeral Directors for the professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. Their sensitivity and compassion to the occasion was greatly appreciated.

A special thank you to Dr Kelly and all at the Old Schoolhouse Surgery, Patricia’s consultants Dr Park and Dr Gallagher and the staff of The Mandeville Unit CAH, Mr Aziz and staff at Christie Hospital Manchester, staff at Gordon’s Chemist Lurgan, the Acute Care at Home Team, paramedics and staff at CAH, The Specialist Palliative Care Teams based at Lurgan Hospital, District nurses, Marie Curie Nurses, carers, staff at the Dungannon Hub of The Southern Area Hospice Services and all those who cared for Patricia with compassion and kindness.

At the risk of failing to mention someone, we hope that this will be accepted by all as a sincere token of our gratitude. Please know that everyone’s kind words and gestures were very much appreciated.

The Lavery Family.

Patricia’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday September 30, in St Peter’s Church, Lurgan at 6pm (Vigil Mass).
