Police in Armagh, working with the local community, have arrested a 32 year old male unlawfully at large from HMP Maghaberry.
Police effected the arrest after locating the male on premises in Callan Street.
The man was also wanted in relation to offences in Newtownabbey, Armagh and Lurgan from June 2012.
Police attended an address in Callan Street around 6.30pm on Wednesday, 17 July.
As police entered the building a male leapt from a first floor window and made off on foot in the direction of Culdee Green.
Officers pursued the male and, after a short foot chase, he was arrested in Culdee Terrace.
The male was arrested on suspicion of burglary in relation to an incident at Rickamore Road Upper, Ballyclare on 6 June, 2012, making off without paying from a service station on Avenue Road, Lurgan on 12 June, 2012 and dangerous driving on College Hill, Armagh on 9 June, 2012.
He is currently in custody assisting police with their enquiries.

Through support and information from the public we have been able to bring a convicted criminal back into custody.”
