76-year-old woman arrested in connection with 1989 murder released

A 76- year-old woman – arrested this morning in relation to the 1989 murder of Portadown woman Caroline Graham – was later released “unconditionally”.

Detectives from PSNI Serious Crime Branch investigating the murder arrested the pensioner in Portadown.

Caroline was 19-years-old at the time of her disappearance in April 1989. She was living with her boyfriend in Hanover Street at the time

Her body has never been found.

Detectives launched a murder inquiry in August 2012 fresh information on the case came to light.
