Transport Minister Danny Kennedy has announced a major investment in the roads network in Armagh.
Resurfacing schemes will take place on Keady Road, Newtownhamilton; Summerisland Road, Ardress and Derrynoose Road, Keady in the coming months.
Work is also due to be completed on the Armagh Road, Charlemont by the end of September.
Work will begin on the Keady Road, Newtownhamilton, hear Carrickatuke on 23 September, and is expected to be completed on 6 October.
On the Summerisland and Ardess roads, work is expected to commence on 7 October and be completed by 10 November.
The start date for the work on the Derrynoose Road, Keady, will be dependent on progress at the Monaghan Road improvement scheme, as well as resurfacing works at madden and Lislynn which is scheduled for completion on 28 October.
Road closures are required for each of these works and appropriate diversion routes will be in place. Preliminary work has already been carried out on Main Street Charlemont to facilitate a traffic diversion. This is required in order to complete the resurfacing work on the Armagh Road Charlemont which is scheduled for the weekend of 27 to 29 September.
