An Armagh man who made a threat to damage a GP surgery will have to wait until next week to learn his fate.
Court heard 24-year-old had entered a plea of guilty to the offence at his first appearance on Saturday but had been unable to perfect bail.
Scott Mayne, of Cathedral Road, appeared facing one charge of making threats to destroy property at the City’s Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, via videolink from Maghaberry.
This offence occurred on October 3 with the threat being made to a GP at Archway Surgery in Armagh.
Defence solicitor Ruairi Gillen said that this had been a plea at the first appearance on Saturday but Mayne had been unable to perfect bail during the interim.
District Judge Paul Copeland stated that he wished for the defendant to produced before sentencing could take place.
The case was adjourned until October 22 for sentencing.
