Bryson Recycling has apologise after recycling collections for hundreds of Armagh residents were missed on Monday.
There were a number of households in Keady who also missed out.
The issue was raised at a meeting of Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council’s environment committee last night following complaints from local residents.
However, Bryson said the hitch in Monday’s service was due to “unforeseen circumstances”.
A spokesperson for the company said: “Some collections were made in Keady but the collection round was not completed so all households did not receive a collection.
“An alternative collection will take place on Saturday, September 12 for all residents who missed their collection on Monday. Please leave your boxes out for collection by 7am on Saturday morning.
“All our collection crews are out in Armagh today (Tuesday, September 8) and collections will take place as normal.
“We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
