An Armagh estate agent has landed a huge accolade at a prestigious awards night in London on Friday.
CPS Property – with six branches across Northern Ireland – picked up the gong for ‘NI Estate Agency of the Year 2017’.
Art O’Hagan, managing director of CPS, accepted the award at the glitzy event in Park Lane, Hotel, London.
The business, celebrating 30 years this year, were invited to tender for this exclusive Property Awards and after rigorous assessment, a direct customer-based survey by the panel of judges and interview, CPS were categorised, then shortlisted to attend the awards final in London.
The event, hosted by the TV comedian Jimmy Carr, was attended by more than people at the black tie Property Annual Property Awards.
“We were initially honoured to be shortlisted which in its own right is an outstanding accolade,” said Mr O’Hagan.
“But to achieve this huge award was fantastic for our entire CPS team, especially for my work colleagues across our closely knit network of branches who strive to deliver on a daily basis in their specific important role.
“I collect this prestigious trophy on their behalf, its great to see them all achieve recognition for their hard consistent delivery.”
