Spring has sprung! It’s time to get family and friends together and hatch a plan for a fun-filled Easter!

While you’re there, why not hippity-hop your way over to the Rare Breeds Animal Farm and play park!

Slide, spin and smile your way down the ski slope at Craigavon Golf and Ski Centre with activity specials, including 2 hours of tubing and footgolf, 30 minutes of family and individual tubing and 60- minute snow tubing parties (3-12 April)!

Keep all the little chicks active and moving with a multi-sports camp at Dromore Community Centre and Orchard and South Lake Leisure Centres (8-10 April)! There’ll be plenty of eggs-ercise with running, dodging, tagging and ball games to keep kids moving, socialising and winning!

Bounce over to South Lake Watersports for a range of water and land-based activities! The Easter Tuesday activity day (7 April) is a chance to unleash your inner Robin Hood at archery, hop aboard a rafted canoe, get creative with arts and crafts and cheer on the rubber ducks as they quack their way to the finish line in the annual duck race (prizes included)!

The watersports fun continues with the multi-activity day (8 April), which includes a mix of wet and dry activities! If you’re game for a challenge in and out of the water, this is for you!

Learn to plan your next move to scale new heights with a supervised climbing session at Gilford Community Centre (8 April). The wall is designed to challenge everyone from beginners to experienced climbers and all the necessary safety equipment will be provided! (Free to getactiveabc members).

Try something new this season and get learning with archery and paddle courses, delivered by qualified PUK/PNI Instructors (3-10 April). Perfect your aim with ‘Learn to Shoot’ or hop on a board and enjoy a whole new way to explore the water with ‘Learn to Paddle/Kayak’ – free to getactiveabc single, family and corporate members!

Spring is a great time to explore Craigavon Lakes! Take your pick between foot, wheel or board and hire a bicycle, inclusive bicycle, kayak or paddleboard – free to getactiveabc single, family and corporate members!

Follow the Easter Bunny to the Lough Neagh Discovery Centre at Oxford Island and awaken your senses with an environmental Easter trail, guided walking tours and pond-dipping along the shores of Lough Neagh (these activities are free and suitable for families and children under 12).
