A Derrynoose mum-of-four is running the Dublin Marathon this weekend in aid of the Simon Community.
Noeleen Corrigan is also a teacher of Science and PE in St Catherine’s College Armagh and will completing the 26-plus miles on Sunday, October 27 to help homeless people right across Northern Ireland.
She is asking the Armagh public to please go to your cupboard at home and pick out a couple of items and donate them.
The charity provides starter packs for people in need.
Noeleen has four drop-off points: JP Electrics; and Peter Cullen & Son in Keady.
In Armagh: Dessies, and Armagh Sports & Trophies have kindly allowed the use their premises as collection points.
Noeleen will be collecting from now until Friday, November 1. The items required are:
