Firefighters spent almost three hours tackling a large-scale blaze at a garage in Middletown this afternoon (Monday).
Emergency services rushed to the scene on the Hanslough Road shortly after 3.30pm.
Six cars and two vans were destroyed in the fire.
Four pumps from Keady, Armagh and Portadown were supported at the scene by three fire officers.
A NI Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson, speaking to Armagh I, said: “Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used three hose reel jets, a firefighting jet and cutting equipment to extinguish the blaze.
“The incident, which began a 3.40pm was dealt with at 5.30pm and the cause of the fire is being treated as accidental.”
There were no reports of any injuries.
