A father and son killed in a road traffic collision close to their family home in Killylea on Friday will be laid to rest together.
Peter Devlin and his son, Loughlin, died as a result of a two-vehicle collision at around 12pm on the Killylea Road, close to the junction with Main Street/Strawberry Lane, on Friday, December 27.
Peter’s wife – and Loughlin’s mother – Ursula – was seriously injured in the same accident.
A funeral notice described Peter as the beloved husband to Ursula (nee Guy) and loving father of Frankie and the late Loughlin and son of the late Sean and Brigid.
Peter’s remains will repose at his late home – 15 Manooney Road, Killylea BT60 4NH – from 3pm tomorrow (Monday) until removal on Wednesday at 11am to the Church of St Joseph, Tynan for 12 noon Requiem Mass.
A funeral notice for Loughlin describes him as a beloved husband to Shauna and loving father of Brodie.
He was also cherished son of Ursula and the late Peter and brother of Frankie, may they rest in peace, 40 Hill Street, Milford BT603PB.
Loughlin’s remains will also repose at his family home at Manooney Road, Killylea before a joint funeral alongside his father.

Police are continuing to investigate the cause of the accident and would like to hear from witnesses or anyone who may have captured dash-cam or other footage which could assist with their enquiries.
