Firefighters are currently tackling a blaze at a pub in Armagh this evening (Monday).
Crews are on the scene of the incident at the Toby Jug, which is situated at the corner of Irish Street and Navan Street.
The road has been closed to traffic and the area has been cordoned off.
Police and ambulance crews are also on the scene.
A spokesperson for the NI Fire and Rescue Service said all media enquiries were being directed to police, suggesting a criminal element to the incident.
It is understood – according to an eye-witness – that the incident was deliberate, however, this remains unconfirmed by police at this early stage.
