Permission has been granted for a new business park just outside Armagh.
Work has already started on the mixed use development which will be built on land at Campbell Trade Sales on the Ballycrummy Road, immediately opposite 1 – 5 Crewroe Grange.
According to the planning application, which was submitted by Landmark Homes, Navan Fort Business Park will consist of units and parking for business, light industry, storage and distribution.
The units will be available to lease in spring 2023 and will range in size from 2,503 sq ft to 15,018 sq ft.
The agents are Best Dungannon and Riddell McKibbin.
According to the agents’ websites, the scheme will comprise two terraces containing six new build business units.
“The overall appearance and high specification finish of the scheme will create an attractive business environment,” the websites said.
