Police are appealing for information after a handbag was stolen from a car as the driver used a nearby ATM in Armagh.
The incident happened last Monday (February 12) in the area of Cox’s supermarket on the Killylea Road.
It is understood the theft happened some time between 11.30am and midday?
A police spokesperson said: “We’re appealing for witnesses after a handbag was stolen from a car in the forecourt as the victim used the ATM.
“The handbag contained cash, lottery tickets, driving licence and the victim’s nursing identity card.
“If you noticed anyone acting suspiciously or leaving the area with dark coloured handbag or purse please get in contact!
“Call 101 and quote serial 612 from 12/02/18.”
