Rooms were completely ransacked as thieves targeted a house in Armagh City last night (Tuesday).
Police are appealing for information after the house in the Towerhill area of the city was burgled.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Sometime between 6.30pm and 10pm the house was entered and rooms ransacked. A sum of money was also stolen.
“We would appeal to anyone who noticed any suspicious activity or vehicles in the area or anyone who has information that could assist police enquiries to contact them at Armagh on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 1533 13/03/18.
“Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, which gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.”
