A joint civic reception has been held by Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council and Newry, Mourne and Down District Council to celebrate the Armagh All-Ireland Football Champions.
The evening was hosted by Lord Mayor of Armagh, Banbridge & Craigavon, Cllr Sarah Duffy & Chair of Newry Mourne & Down District, Cllr Pete Byrne.
Local councillors, MLA’s & MP attended the reception held in the Canal Court, Newry to mark the Armagh Senior Men team’s historic victory with the players and management team along with representatives from Armagh GAA and Ulster GAA .
