Thousands of people lined the streets of Armagh today as the St Patrick’s Day parade brought colour to the city.
Families, friends, and visitors from near and far gathered to cheer on marching bands, dancers, and vibrant floats celebrating Armagh’s historic connection to Ireland’s patron saint.
Starting off at the CBS on Irish Street, the parade snaked its way through the city centre via Ogle Street, Market Street before concluding along the Cathedral Road under the watchful gaze of the two cathedrals named after the patron saint himself.
