A large police operation took place in Killylea earlier this morning.
More than half a dozen police officers descended on a property in the Strawberry Lane area of the village shortly after 10am on Monday.
Officers parked at the front and rear of one property as specialist officers carried out their searches.
The grass area outside the house was combed for potential evidence.
When contacted by Armagh I, police remained tight-lipped as to the nature of the operation describing it as an “ongoing investigation”.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Officers from Tactical Support Group (TSG) conducted a search at a property in the Strawberry Lane area of Killylea earlier today, Monday, September 29, as part of an ongoing investigation.”
