Following a previous appeal for information, officers in Dungannon have charged a 44-year-old male with three counts of sexual assault.
The assaults are alleged to have occurred against three females aged in their 20s in the early hours of Sunday December 21, 2025 in the Square, Moy.
Police said the man was arrested within minutes of the report being received.
As is usual procedure the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
A police spokesperson said: “We are committed to making our communities safer for women and girls to socialise and would encourage anyone who has any concerns to contact us on 101 or 999 in an emergency.”
