A Moy man has appeared in court accused of numerous drugs offences relating to Class A, B and C drugs along with an allegation of dangerous driving.
Jonathan David Ritchie, 28, of Oakfield Drive, appeared charged with two counts of possession of Class A, two counts of possession of Class B, possession of Class C and dangerous driving at Armagh Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
As the charges were read out, it was heard that on April 11, the defendant was alleged to have been found with cocaine, cannabis and Ecstasy.
The following day he is accused of being in possession of pregabalin and cannabinoid.
On April 11, Ritchis is also alleged to have driven dangerously on Ardmore Road in Armagh.
A constable said that he believed he could connect the defendant to the charges before the court.
Defence barrister Patrick Taggart made no questions.
Ritchie was released on his own bail of £500 with conditions including; a curfew between 7.30pm and 7am, along with a requirement to sign at a police station twice a week.
The case was adjourned until January 7 for an update on the case.
