A man arrested following the search of a property in Armagh on Tuesday morning, has been charged to court.
The 56-year-old was arrested at Corrigan Court on suspicion of making or possessing explosives under suspicious circumstances.
He has now been charged with a number of offences including making explosives under suspicious circumstances, possessing explosives under suspicious circumstances, possession of firearms or ammunition in suspicious circumstances and possession of firearms or ammunition without certificate.
He is expected to appear before Newry Magistrates’ Court later today, Wednesday, September 30.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
