A man has been charged with a number of offences following a disturbance in Armagh city centre yesterday afternoon (Thursday).
The 27-year-old man has been charged with disorderly behaviour, possession of an offensive weapon, possession of a class B controlled drug, threats to kill and two counts of criminal damage.
He is due to appear at Newry Magistrates Court this morning.
As is normal procedure, all charges are reviewed by the PPS.
The charges follow the arrest of the man in the Navan Street area of Armagh yesterday.
