Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Department in Lurgan, investigating a series of reports in the Armagh area on Sunday, 9th June, have charged a man to court.
The 48-year-old has been charged with two counts of aggravated vehicle taking causing damage to the vehicle, and two counts of burglary with intent to steal, alongside a number of driving offences.
He is expected to appear before Armagh Magistrates’ Court, sitting in Newry, later this morning, Tuesday, June 11.
As is usual procedure, the charge was reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
