A man who assaulted and made threats to kill a woman will have to wait until to learn his sentence.
The district judge commented that he was disturbed by the domestic element of the offences.
Hyucein Lyotin, 33, of Knockninny Park in Enniskillen, pleaded guilty to two counts of common assault, two counts of threats to kill and criminal damage at Armagh Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
A threat to kill charge along with one of possession of an offensive weapon charge were withdrawn by the prosecution who offered no evidence.
District Judge Paul Copeland stated: “This is a concerning manner with a perceived domestic element and I feel that a presentence report will be required.”
The case was adjourned for the preparation of a report.
