Two men have appeared in court following an HMRC cigarette and cash haul in Armagh. Philip Sherry (34) with addresses in Monaghan and Armagh but ultimately settled as Fasglashagh Close, Dungannon, and John Hegarty (77) from Old Road, Burnfoot, Donegal are jointly charged with evading HMRC duty fees through the importation and acquiring cigarettes.
