Ciara’s business journey started after suffering from Rosacea during her pregnancy. At this time, she was travelling to and from Dublin as nowhere close by was offering the advanced treatment her skin needed.
This is when her ‘beautiful dream’ kicked in and she started to research how she could make advanced clinical treatments more accessible in Armagh.
Ciara spent the next few months researching and reading clinical studies on the best advanced treatments on the market. Wanting to offer something more unique in Armagh, she focused on bringing specialised treatments which you couldn’t get anywhere else.
The vision from the beginning was to be a “results driven clinic”. Alora say they have achieved this by offering an impressive selection of advanced treatments using the latest cutting edge technology within the aesthetic and well being industries.
When new treatments hit the market, the Alora team complete extensive research to see if the treatment provides truly beneficial, long-lasting results before examining whether or not to introduce it to their clinic. Established in 2021, Alora Rejuvenation has recently relocated within the heart of Armagh City. The clinic first opened in a beautiful Georgian building, on Russell Street… with treatment rooms spaced out over an expansive premises of fives floors.
After three years in their first home, this month Alora Rejuvenation moved premises…but not too far away!
Just a short two minute walk from their old premises, Alora Rejuvenation is now located at 13 Market Street, Armagh.
The move was prompted by the want to have a more visible shopfront and a more central location for footfall.
As you come through the glass front door, their chic new clinic is dawned with an artificial grass wall and florescent LED sign highlighting their name. The clinic has an ‘earthy’ style to its décor, with boucle chairs lining the hallway.
Each treatment room is highly sanitised and equipped with medical-grade equipment.
Working alongside Ciara on the Alora is two highly qualified beauty technicians, Clinic Manager Louise Finnighan – Linkins and Niamh Campbell, Advanced Therapist.
With over 17 years of experience working in the beauty industry, Clinic Manager, Louise oversees the day-to-day running of the business while also offering treatments. Her passion lies predominately in laser treatments which she has been trained in now for 14 years.
Louise said: “I love doing laser treatments, it’s where my passion lies seeing the results instantly and how overtime the laser reduces follicles and gives long-lasting results. I specialise in both laser hair removal and tattoo removal.
“One of the most popular treatments is laser tattoo removal. As times, trends and styles change, people often change their minds on tattoos and want to begin the removal process.
“We are also one of the only clinics in Ireland who can remove coloured tattoos using picosure laser equipment.”
Niamh, who has been a qualified beauty therapist for three years, joined Alora and completed further training to expand her service range.
Niamh adds: “We are all passionate in different fields which works out well. I specialise more in the skincare side of treatments available at Alora including in BBL, facials, body contouring and moxi.”
Treatments available include: Laser hair removal, laser tattoo, laser resurfcing (moxi), BBL (Broad-band lights), hydra facial, peels, micro-needling, emerald (inch loss) treatment, em sculpt, and cryo therapy (skin tag removal).
