There has been a second sighting of a man carrying out a lewd sex act on himself in bushes close to an Armagh retail park in the space of 72 hours.
This latest incident, where police have made a public appeal, occurred in the bushes close to Spires Retail Park on Friday afternoon.
Police are appealing for witnesses who were in the area between between 2.50pm and 3pm.
“A male has exposed himself and was masturbating in the path / bushes area near the stairs in the entrance as you approach Costa coffee,” said the spokesperson.
“Were you there? Did you see this male? Were you driving and may possibly have dash cam footage of this male? Please help us in any way you can in this matter. If you can assist please call 101 and quite ref 1175 14/8/2020.”
It comes just three days after an Armagh mother told Armagh I how she witnessed a man in a state of undress carry out a vile sexual act in the exact same area.
The woman was walking with her 13-year-old daughter towards Spires Retail Park on the Moy Road when she spotted the man with his trousers down carrying out the sexual act on himself.
Speaking at the time, she said: “Honestly, the thing that made me the most uncomfortable is that my daughter had to witness everything and the thought that he could do something to a young girl is unimaginable.”
