Launched back in June, despite the economic uncertainty, in six short months Redian Real Estate has firmly established itself as a go to property company in the area.
Testament to this would be the now-familiar light blue coloured signs, the business adopted as their own, dotted around the wider Armagh area.
Behind the latest addition to the real estate market in the county is managing director, Ryan Molloy, who took on the task of going it alone after many years working in the industry.
Despite trading starting in June, Ryan was not able to open his doors on the busy Newry Road in Armagh until November 24, within the appropriate guidelines.
Speaking to Armagh I, Ryan said he did not wish to rush into the office but instead wanted to establish the perfect base from which to carry out the business’ range of services.
With hopes of an official invitational opening day in the New Year, Ryan is pleased with the transition into self-employment.
Ryan sold 32 homes in his first four months of trading, a combination of local and oversea transactions.
