The owners of a personalised vintage tractor stolen in Armagh over the weekend believe it is still in the area.
Since Armagh I published the story on Sunday morning, members of the public have come forward with what the owners describe as “valuable”information.
Joshua Black, speaking to Armagh I, said: “Eye-witnesses have provided information on the tractor, saying they saw it being driven out onto the main Armagh/Newry Road from the Edenaveys Industrial Estate at around 11.45pm on Saturday night.”
He added: “Valuable descriptions have been given to us which proves the public have been a great help so far.
“This tractor hasn’t travelled too far. Please keep eyes and ears open and keep the information coming.”
The vintage Massey Ferguson 135 was taken from the owner under the cover of darkness in the Edenaveys Road area of Armagh.
The red tractor has the registration ‘LVA 714L’.
The front right light is smashed and the names of owners ‘Joshua and Daniel Black’ are printed on one side with ‘Gareth Black’ printed on the opposite side of the bonnet, close to the steering wheel.
If you can help please call the 101 number, quoting reference number 386 of 15.1.17. Alternatively information about crime can be passed anonymously via the independent Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
Joshua can also be contacted directly on 07598 697794.
