The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for wind right across the UK as Storm Diana makes herself known on Wednesday.
The western parts of the UK will be worst affected – meaning us in Co Armagh and beyond.
Forecasters said gusts of up to 75mph could disrupt road, rail, air and ferry transport and cause power outages.
Those same forecasters from the Met Office are predicting the weather front will build over the coming day before reaching us around 9am on Wednesday.
The warning will remain in place until midnight.
Storm Diana is already causing major issues in England with early morning freezing fog making for treacherous travel conditions. A number of flights in and out of London have been cancelled as a result.
Three flights scheduled to arrive at Belfast City Airport from London were cancelled.
However, all flights into and out of Belfast International on Tuesday are scheduled to go ahead, but it is always worth checking with your airline beforehand.
And earlier today Dublin Port Company announced that all cargo terminals were due to close until winds subside.
