Two people were taken to hospital after an early morning collision near Armagh.
It happened on the Ratarnet Road, close to Collone, on the outskirts of the city.
The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service confirmed a ‘999’ call had been received shortly before 8.25am today (Friday).
Two emergency crews and a Rapid Response Paramedic were despatched to the scene.
A NIAS spokesperson confirmed: “Following assessment and initial treatment at the scene, two patient were taken to Craigavon Area Hospital by ambulance.”
A second two-vehicle collision had also been reported on Friday mornin in the Gosford Road area of Markethill.
Part of the road was closed for a time with diversions in place via Hamiltonsbawn.
There were no reports of any injuries in this incident and NIAS confirmed it did not attend the scene.
