An upstairs venue in one of Armagh City’s best-loved pubs has been advertised for rent.
The owners of Mickey Kelly’s Bar – or the Railway Bar as it is also known – are keen to lease out the function area as a restaurant to compliment the main downstairs bar.
And despite earlier confusion, Mickey Kelly’s Bar will NOT going anywhere.
The first floor premises has been described by letting agent CPS as a “prime commercial unit”.
CPS – in advertising the lease becoming available – states: “This property is to be let out as a restaurant facility that has a fully functioning bar with a kitchen. It has seating for upwards of 60 people.
“It is ready to go and there is a full inventory of furniture and fixtures available upon request.”
In the meantime, the two private function areas in the bar can be booked for private parties, with music also supplied and an extensive buffet menu to choose from.
While downstairs in Kelly’s, you can enjoy live music weekend, mid-week music along with your weekly Play Your Cards Right every Wednesday night and the weekly quiz every Thursday night.
Viewings of the property can be arranged by contacting CPS on 028 3752 8888 or Nicola directly on 07719422432.
