A number of arrests were made after the seizure of drugs in Keady and Portadown over the holiday period.
Police in Armagh seized a quantity of suspected cannabis following two searches in Keady.
Sergeant Gavin McComiskey explained: “Around midnight on Sunday, December 28, we stopped a vehicle in Kinelowen Street and conducted a search of the Vauxhall Astra under the Misuse of Drugs Act. We recovered a small amount of suspected cannabis.
“During a vehicle checkpoint a short time later in the Clay Road area, officers noticed a smell of cannabis.
“We called to a nearby house and recovered a bag of suspected herbal cannabis.
“We arrested a 26-year-old man who was subsequently bailed pending further enquiries.
“We are committed to tackling the use and supply of illegal drugs in our communities and we would like to thank the public for their continued support.

Meanwhile, police in Craigavon have seized a quantity of Class A drugs after arresting a man for theft.
Officers received a report of shoplifting at supermarket premises on Meadow Lane, Portadown on Tuesday afternoon, December 30.
Police attended and a 28-year-old man was arrested for theft.
A subsequent search of a property in Clonavon Avenue, Craigavon, was conducted on the same afternoon and police recovered a quantity of suspected Class A drugs along with other drugs paraphernalia.
Three men, aged 27, 29 and 31 years old, were arrested for possession of Class A drugs, possession of Class A with intent to supply and being concerned in the supply of drugs.
The 28-year-old man was further arrested for the same offences.
All four were later released on bail pending further enquiries.
