Appeal after thieves make off with transporter van and three quads

Thousands of pounds worth of goods stolen in burglary

Police are appealing for information following the theft a van and a number of quad bikes.

The burglary happened in the Loughbrickland area at some point early on Sunday (January 7).

Police have issued images of a white Transporter van and three quads which were all taken during the raid.

The total cost runs well into the thousands of pounds.

The details of the quads are as follows: red Kawasaki KVF750; green Polaris Sportsman 570; and black Polaris Scrambler XP1000.

A police spokesperson said: “If anyone has any information in relation to this incident, please call 101 and quote reference number 711 on 7/1/18.

“And if anyone is offered these for sale or knows of their whereabouts please call us.”
