A 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of theft at the start of October.
He was arrested by officers investigating the theft of 35 ewe lambs from a farm in the Rathfriland area.
Police carried out searches in the Gilford area.
After one search in the Pine View Court area, the man was arrested on suspicion of theft, handling stolen goods, possession of a Class B drug and of extracting electricity.
“He has since been bailed pending further enquiries,” said a PSNI spokesperson.
