A man will face a sexual assault charge in court this morning (Friday) following his arrest in France last month.
The 31-year-old was extradited from France to Northern Ireland, having been arrested in France on September 13 by virtue of a European Arrest Warrant sought by the PSNI.
He is due to appear before Craigavon Magistrates Court today in relation to a report of a sexual assault in Banbridge area in 2012.
