A third major power cut is affecting around 3,000 homes and businesses in the Borough.
The latest equipment failure has happened in the Banbridge area – affecting the town and wider area this morning (Thursday).
Northern Ireland Electricity (NIE) engineers are currently on the scene at the Scarva Road Industrial Estate area.
There were reports of a loud bang earlier this morning.
Power is expected to return before midday.
Earlier this week around 8,000 businesses and homes in the Armagh and Markethill areas were left without power thanks to the work of a rogue squirrel.
NIE contractors confirmed the fur-ball was responsible for the second of the outages in the area this week – the first happening early on Monday in Armagh city centre.
