Three 14-year-old girls are set to appear in court charged with assaulting another teenage girl in Banbridge last weekend.
Police have this morning (Thursday) confirmed the charges against the three suspects following an incident in the Solitude area of Banbridge on Saturday, June 6.
All three girls have been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
One girl has been charged to Newry Magistrates’ Court this morning, Thursday 11th June, with two other girls to appear on Friday, July 3.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
