Three top fashion stores to open at Banbridge Boulevard creating 34 jobs

New arrivals latest in £7m rebrand for Banbridge retail centre

Three leading fashion retailers are to be open at The Boulevard in time for Christmas – creating 34 new jobs.

Popular clothing retailer Jack Wills will open its doors as a six-month pop-up in October, followed by American fashion brand Guess and luxurious handbag and accessories brand Radley, both set to open in November, adding to an ever-growing fashion portfolio.

The openings will create a total of 34 new jobs at the Banbridge shopping destination, which is currently undergoing a £7 million rebrand.

The brands will join 54 others currently on-site, including recently opened Kurt Geiger, Adidas, Skechers and Asics.

The new stores have joined a significant selection of other well-loved brands situated within the centre, including Nike, Timberland, Calvin Klein, Beauty Outlet, L.K. Bennett and Jaeger.

Centre Manager Chris Nelmes, said: “The Boulevard is continuing to go from strength-to-strength and we are delighted that popular fashion retailers such as Jack Wills, Guess and Radley have chosen The Boulevard for their latest store openings.

“Jack Wills, made famous by its navy and pink branding, will initially be opening a pop-up store which will remain open into Spring 2019.

“Following this, American retailer Guess and popular accessories brand Radley will open their doors in November.

“The new stores will be a great addition for shoppers in the run up to the busy Christmas shopping period. Our aim is to continue to provide a top-class shopping experience and we will continue to grow and invest in the centre through to the new year.”

Alastair Coulson, managing director of Lotus Property, added: “We are delighted that such key fashion retailers as Jack Wills, Radley and Guess have chosen The Boulevard for their latest store openings. They are all exciting additions to the retail mix.

“We have seen a 25% year on year increase in turnover bucking the trend of the downward trajectory of the retail industry of late. We believe this will continue with Jack Wills, Radley and Guess being a big draw for customers.”

The Boulevard offers your favourite brands at jaw-dropping prices where you’ll find offers of up to 70% off the RRP.  Located directly beside the main A1 Belfast to Dublin road and with over 2,000 free car parking spaces, The Boulevard makes picking up designer discounts easy.
