Police in Portadown have arrested a male following the theft of red diesel.
On Friday, April 4, a male was observed siphoning red diesel from a tank in a yard on Ballynagarrick Road, into a red Vauxhall Corsa. Police attended the address of the last registered owner and located the car. The vehicle was subsequently seized.
A 27-year-old male was arrested and later released on bail pending further enquiries.
Meanwhile, police in Craigavon have arrested a 21-year-old male following a burglary.
At 4.55am on Monday, April 7, police received a report of a person attempting to break into a house. A male was observed making off from the house in Birchwood Grange.
Officers attended and a male was detained close by. He was arrested for burglary and was later released on bail pending further enquiries.
