A South Armagh woman had her home ransacked and was attacked by the culprits who made off with her car.
Police are appealing for information after the attackers made off towards the south in the female’s black Mercedes.
The incident occurred earlier today in the Cloghoge / Meigh area and police are believed to be working with the Garda to catch the culprits.
Sinn Fein Councillor Liz Kimmins branded this a “vile attack” and asked that anyone with information as to identity of the criminals to contact the police immediately.
She said: “There is a police presence in the old Dublin Road locality & I would ask anyone with Information as to the identity of these criminals to contact the police immediately”.
