Cocaine with a street value of £50,000 was seized from a car in county Armagh last night.
Officers from the District Crime Support Team, assisted by Lurgan LPT officers and a police dog, seized the drugs after a vehicle was stopped in the Craigavon area last night (Thursday).
Two men aged 33 and 31 have been charged with various drug supply offences.
The 33 year old man has been charged with five offences which are possessing a controlled drug with intent to supply, being concerned in the supply of a class A controlled drug, possession of a class B controlled drug and two counts of possessing a class A controlled drug with intent to supply.
The 31 year old man has been charged with four offences which are being concerned in the supply of a class A controlled drug, possessing a class A controlled drug with intent to supply, possession of a class A controlled drug and possession of a class B controlled drug.
Both men are due to appear at Lisburn Magistrates Court on the morning of Saturday 26 November. As is normal procedure, all charges are reviewed by the PPS.
