Five people appeared in court on Friday charged with taking part in an illegal parade earlier this year.
The four men and one woman appear in the dock together at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court but refused to stand when asked to do so by courtroom staff and the presiding judge, Mr Sean O’Hare.
The five charged were Martin Stephen Conlon, 48, Christopher Martin Hamill, 27, both from Lurgan, Audrey Sharpe, 49, from Tullygally in Craigavon and Declan McCrory, 47, and Sean Pearson, 24, both from Omagh.
They are all jointly charged with two counts of taking part in an un-notified public procession on April 15 and 16 this year.
They are also jointly accused on two further charges of wearing paramilitary style uniforms, “in such a way or in such circumstances as to arouse reasonable suspicion that he was a member or supporter of a proscribed organisation”.
A prosecuting lawyer asked for the case to be adjourned for six weeks.
All five were released to appear again at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on November 17.
