Get hopping into a getactiveabc Easter!

Tannaghmore Gardens will host Lord Mayor’s annual Easter Trail and Fun Day - join Councillor Sarah Duffy for a fun-filled day with the family, which includes an Easter egg trail, face painting, bouncy castles, multi-sports and playground games and bushcraft activities!

A basketful of egg-citing Easter activities awaits at getactiveabc!

Get the whole family and friends together and hatch a plan for a fun-filled Easter together – every bunny is welcome!

Get your hunting squad together (up to 10 years) and join the Easter Egg Hunt at South Lake Leisure Centre – you’ll also be supporting the Lord Mayor’s charity – Women’s Aid Armagh Down;

Watch the rubber ducks quack their way to finish first in the annual Duck Race (6-14 years); hop aboard Captain Paddy’s wheelyboat and set sail across the lake (6-14 years); release your inner Robin Hood with archery (8-14 years) or hop on a bike, kayak, paddleboard, canoe or mega board with South Lake Watersports (watersports hires are free for getactiveabc members!).

With the overload of chocolate eggs and treats, let your little chicks burn off the sugar rush at a Multi-Sports session at Banbridge, Orchard and South Lake Leisure Centres and Dromore and Gilford Community Centres!

There’ll be plenty of eggs-ercise with running, dodging, tagging and ball games to help the kids put all that egg-stra energy into moving, socialising and winning!

Step into spring with the Egg Hunt at Oxford Island! As well as egg-sploring the trail for Easter eggs, you’ll also discover lots of nature’s finest plants and wildlife along the shores of Lough Neagh.

Follow the Easter Bunny to Dromore and Rathfriland Community Centres for an egg hunt, arts and crafts, games and bounce around inflatables (under 11 years)! Dromore Community Centre is also hosting games room specials, multi-sports sessions (5-15 years) and teen gym specials.

Hippity-hop your way to Craigavon Golf and Ski Centre for a bunch of eggs-hilerating runs before the sun sets! Special Easter packages include individual and family tubing as well as activity specials of tubing, footgolf and lunch!

If you can’t join any of the Easter specials, there are still lots of cracking ways to enjoy the holiday across the borough! Get outdoors, enjoy the local parks and follow the winding trails by foot or bike; get out on the green at Silverwood or Loughgall Golf Courses or get active at one of the 9 getactiveabc leisure facilities.
