A nurse from Craigavon accused of attempting to meet a child following sexual grooming has had his case adjourned.
Marvin Jay Macauba (36), of Drumford Close, is accused of attempted sexual communication with a child; attempting to meet a child following sexual grooming and incitement to distribute indecent photo of a child.
The case has been adjourned until April 4 for a Preliminary Enquiry – the legal step to send the case to the Crown Court.
The charges relate to July 9 last year.
An earlier hearing at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court was told the accused was suspended from his role as an NHS nurse.
