A Craigavon woman who shared a private sexual photograph or film of a male without his consent must wait until next month to learn her fate.
After a plea was entered by the 22-year-old’s legal representative, the district judge stated: “I think I will definitely get a report in relation to that.”
Eimear Fox, of Limefield Rise, previously pled guilty to disclosing private sexual photographs or films without consent at Craigavon Magistrates’.
And on Wednesday, prosecution withdrew a second charge of improper use of public electronic communications.
The particulars outline that on July 1, of last year, the defendant disclosed a private sexual photograph or film of a named male to someone other than the said person without their consent, and with the intention of causing him distress.
Entering the plea, defence barrister Cheryl Jamieson commented that a pre-sentence report may be required in the case.
District Judge Rosie Watters replied: “I think I will definitely get a report in relation to that.”
The case was adjourned until September 9 for the preparation of a pre-sentence report and disposal.
