A 16-year-old boy has been charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder after a man was killed and his wife and eight-year-old child seriously injured at a house in Dungannon on Saturday.
Detectives from the PSNI’s Major Investigation Team said the teenager has also been charged with threats to kill.
The charges follow the death of a 61-year-old man at a property in the Lisnahull Road area on Saturday, August 29.
The victim has been named locally as Sidi Djalo who was a Guinea-Bissau national but had been living and working in the area for over 20 years.

Mr Djalo’s 48-year-old wife suffered non life-threatening injuries, while their eight-year-old daughter was left in a critical condition but has since stabilised in hospital.
The accused is due to appear before Omagh Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, September 1.
As is standard procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
