Two female dog walkers were subjected to “lewd and inappropriate sexual remarks” while out in Windmill Wood in Dungannon.
And local Ulster Unionist representative Ian Wilson is urging people who use the area to “exercise caution”.
He started details on social media and said police had confirmed the reports.
“I have been made aware of reports that at least two female dog walkers have been approached by three teenage males dressed in dark clothing,” said Mr Wilson.
“It has been reported that the males made lewd and inappropriate sexual remarks towards them which left them feeling very distressed and uncomfortable.
“I contacted the police regarding this matter and they have confirmed that an incident was reported yesterday (Tuesday) at 6.21pm.
“The purpose of this post is not to cause alarm or hysteria but simply to raise awareness and encourage anyone walking in the area to remain vigilant at all times.
“Please consider walking with someone else where possible particularly during quieter periods and if you experience anything untoward or concerning you should report it to the police.”
