A man has been charged with murder following the death of 23-month-old Tavia Michella Ximenes Da Costa in Dungannon on Sunday morning.
As well as murder the 29-year-old man has been charged with cruelty to children.
A 21-year-old woman has been charged with manslaughter, causing or allowing the death of a child or vulnerable person and cruelty to children.
A 24-year-old woman has been charged with causing or allowing the death of a child or vulnerable person and cruelty to children.
All three are due to appear at Strabane Magistrates’ Court this morning (Thursday, October 17).
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
Little Tavia, who was due to celebrate her second birthday in the coming weeks, was found dead at a property in the Windmill Court area of Dungannon.
Post mortem examination results prompted police to upgrade their investigation to one of murder.
